i started räuberhöhle 1999 without any intention of doing a band. i just played around with sounds and
keyboards and later i started some kind of singing. i put the songs on my website and -to my own surprise- i got invited to
shows. but since i do all the instruments by myself i thought i will never be able to present my crap on stage.
so we started minipli 225. a real band with real instruments. after our first tour i knew i wanna play much much more
and decided to play with räuberhöhle as well. so i built a puppet theater to explain the story, why this
girl is on stage all alone with just a bär and a music playback...

what was the craziest show you've ever played ?
the shows in japan for sure!!
what was the worst and why?
a show in brussel. we had set up the stage, finished sound check and started setting up our merchandise, and one guy at
the club saw our "fuck jihad!" badges and totally freaked out. he told the whole venue that we are very bad
zionists and "f---ing jews." we managed to get our stuff inconspicuously from the stage and left before they could hit us and slit the car wheels. stupid cranky pants!
what are your future plans?
a children disco cd and touring africa and south america.
